Like the link before said, you need a valid Norton 2010 product (you have subscription days remaining) there are 2 ways to get a free upgrade to 2011.

First way is this link http://updatecenter.norton.com/?NUCLANG=en this will take you to the Norton Upgrade Center - Click the box that says "update me now". Follow instructions!

Second way of doing this - open your Norton 2010 product and look to the top right - "help and support" it will have a drop down menu - look for "check for new version" or something similar to that. Follow instructions!

Either way will get you upgraded/updated to the NEW 2011 product for FREE! Works with both Retail and OEM Versions.
